We are currently seeking candidates to work directly with multiple departments internally, as well as customers to handle any issue that may arise post sale. Responsibilities: - Accountable for outbound calls, e-mail correspondence and fax communication to customers to confirm status on scheduled shipments. Also responsible for logging the details of these communications in the system. - Provide in-bound phone support for customers on as as-needed basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred - One year customer service or other professional call-center experience preferred - Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with strong ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email. - Strong time management and organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task - Effective PC skills including working knowledge of MS Office programs - Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure - Must be flexible with schedule; core hours of operation are 7am - 7pm
