We are currently seeking a Finance Manager who will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of a government project.
Responsibilities will include providing support to the Program Manager, through information analyses (e.g. current processes, actual performance vs. budget and prior year, budget, etc.), preparation of operational data/analysis for publication and other various constituents (MEC Executive Director and Board of Directors, etc.) who rely on/benefit from the information to make informed financial management decisions. Primary responsibilities will include assisting Operations team in the Monthly Operations Review, identification of areas for cost reductions and operational improvements, contractual budget tracking and management, periodic forecasting, and periodic analysis of operations performance. Additionally, the Finance Manager will provide advice and support to field staff to help develop financing plans for energy efficiency projects.
