*Candidates will assure cost effective use of resources and high customer satisfaction by assessing, organizing and coordinating field technician workload.
*Monitor changing workloads throughout the day and take appropriate action.
*Assure adequate resources are available by assessing future workload using forecasting tools and reports.
*Resolve issues and complaints as they arise.
*Assure positive working relationships with technicians and field management.
*Schedules planned meets between customers and field technicians and contacts customers to communicate work delays and to reschedule work.
