We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives that are responsible for insuring efficient, high quality service to both internal and external customers by providing timely response to customer issues via phone and email. Responsibilities: - Handles customer service inbound and outbound telephone calls. Must meet daily performance metric requirements which include talk time, average call handle time, login adherence and quality guidelines for all calls. Works with customers on a daily basis sustaining and improving business relationships. - Generates price quotes for customers and set up shipments as requested by customers. - Generates service tickets and alerts for issue resolution. - Login and schedule adherence is critical to the call center operations.
- High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred - One year experience in a high volume call center or customer service environment preferred. - Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with strong ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email. - Strong time management and organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task - Effective PC skills including working knowledge of MS Office programs - Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure - Must be flexible with schedule; core hours of operation are 7am - 7pm
