Responsible for the Contract Administration of the invoice, Change Management, Notice and Notification and Workforce Management. These responsibilities include maximizing service to the customer (internal and external) while minimizing commercial risk and assuring adherence to corporate governance. *Manages and reviews as to the completeness of invoices submitted by suppliers to Accounts Payable. *Ensures compliance to contracts and all Change Notices and Change orders are processed in accordance with project guidelines. *Supports the Commercial Manager and legal team by processing inbound and outbound correspondence. *Develops and manages reports supporting Project Controls, Procurement and Construction.

*Must have high school diploma. Some college preferred. *Previous buyer experience is preferred. *Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, PeopleSoft and Web-Based Programs.
